Postage

First class postage is free within the UK for all items - please contact me for postage prices if you are outside the UK.  If you would prefer me to send your items by Special Delivery, please let me know and I will advise you of the additional cost.  Please note that all orders with a combined value of £35.00 or more will automatically be sent out by free Special Delivery.  I do try to send items out using recycled packaging - the item inside will of course be packaged in a new box or organza bag for you to keep or give as a gift.

Returns

I do hope you will love your purchases.  If, however, you change your mind within 7 days, I'm happy for you to send the item in new, unworn condition, back for a full refund.  Return postage will be payable by you.  In the event that your purchases arrive damaged, I will of course refund in full on receipt of the damaged items.

Jewellery Care

It is not recommended that you allow your jewellery to come into contact with perfume, as it can affect the glazes or coatings used on any beads.  Silver, copper, bronze and brass jewellery will tarnish on contact with air - this process can be significantly delayed by storing unworn jewellery in a sealed plastic bag.  Sterling silver can be restored with a quick rub with a polishing cloth.  Please bear in mind that jewellery items are handmade and should be handled carefully!

Accurate Representation

You will always receive the exact item photographed (with the exception of my handmade findings, as there may be more than one of each item in stock).  In the event that you have purchased a made to order item, I will send photographs of the item by email.  Please bear in mind that colours may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors.  As all the artisan lampwork beads used in my work are handmade, they may differ slightly in size or regularity from each other.  If you require further photographs of an item, please let me know.
